So my plan on Black Friday is all YGO stuffs. Today me and my team are going to raid Toys R Us of their tins ($25 for 2 tins). Hopefully we can get all of them >.>. Then tomorrow, I hope to get 1 GS4 thingy, 1 LC02, and buy all of my locals Evoltile Westlo's, Wind-Up Factories, Wind-Up Hunters, and Gold Sarcs. Maybe pick up some Wind-Up Rabbits and Photon Sabre Tigers. Also I'm going to buy 3 Hyper Librarians and like... 10 Endless Decays from CoreTCG, and I'm watching for deals on ideal808, dacardworld, and AlterRealityGames.

So here's the question: if I had to choose between a box of Photon Shockwave, or a box of Generation Force Special Edition Packs, which one should I go for?

Just to note, I'm a competitive player, and am fully aware of every card in each set and their playability, so I'm not a novice or anything. I just wanted some secondary suggestions for which to go for.

What are you trying to achieve by buying the boxes? If it were for profit, Photon Shockwave at Black Friday prices is your best bet. Otherwise neither is worth it.

Only card in GENF that will retain value is Leviair.
Photon is better at the moment.

Mainly just for collecting purposes. I haven't bought a lot of cards since the last 5D's set--Extreme Victory, if I recall.

Although, now that I think about it, I may just wait until Order of Chaos comes out. I am so psyched for that set (mainly for Inzecters, they remind me so much of the Beetleborgs show I used to watch as a kid).
