How about this solution; stop being lazy, and stop giving people excuses to be lazy.
It doesn't take a lumberjack's worth of effort to, god forbid, remember AND use a condom/take a pill. e_e
Just wanted to say that while styrene and dimethyl sulfoxide are toxic, polymers made from them are a completely different chemical substance (and polymers are generally harmless and inert). I'll see what I can come up as info on the polymers.
EDIT: Poly(styrene-co-maleic anhydride) on SigmaAldrich, found its MSDS and it doesn't seem to be a particularly toxic polymer. I'd have to search for articles on its application to have a definite answer but with the amount that's injected I doubt it would be much of a problem.
