2) Yes it is good if you don't want kids and you bought birth control. But if you didn't get the birth control because you're poor and your insurance won't pay for it, and then you went and had sex anyway, then it's poor decision making.
3) I am a guy. My insurance doesn't pay for my condoms either. If I didn't have a condom on me, I wouldn't have sex even if a hot girl is naked in front of me.
