If you want other people to pay for part of the meds that you're using, someone better make sure that you actually need it. Otherwise that's just going to lead to abuse.

If you have the foresight to purchase birth control, you have the foresight to realize you're too poor to afford a kid. If you still decide to have sex after that, then it's your own poor decision making.
To be clear, I'm not against birth control. I'm against making other people pay for something that's not used to save your life. It's an luxury item. Pay for it yourself.
