KMS 1.2.145 - Union Revamp

1) It doesn't show, so how would you know?
2) It always did damage cap-1.

I watch the HP bar. It always seemed to do like [ ] worth of damage, even on easy bosses like Papulatus.
Anyway, what I'm thinking is that the damage cap -1 thing is still there because the description is unchanged, but the 1700% damage is on top of it?
