This change in spears doesn't do anything every drk is using a polearm to begin with psb 130 one the 140 one when it comes out all of which are fast 5. All this does is not screw over people who prefer spears as hard as it is now.
If they do your changes with axes and blunt weapons no one will use swords anymore as axes and blunt weapons( not to sure about blunt correct me if I'm wrong) come with a higher base attack only 2 at most i think not nearly enough to justify it but its there.
