As for the rest of these changes. Total waste. They could just nerf the stupid legend classes instead of buffing the other 15 related to them.
They tried so hard to make Panic and Coma useful again, but Coma does not activate FA (making it barely spammable), and now it does 680% vs the 900% for Intrepid (and still only hits 6? Come on now). And for god sakes, make Panic a multi-hit skill already. So tired of these massive damage-cap hitting wastes of time.
