Ultimate plan to stop the inflation

- Double the prices of ALL NPC items. Includes potions, npc equips what so ever.

You can make a pomegranateload of potions with Alchemy anyways.

Equipment is already OVERPRICED, who the hell wants to pay 200k for a lvl 40~50 equipment? For 200k you can just do Monster Park and get lots of pot'd lvl 70+ equipment

If they REDUCED (a lot) the equipment prices, people would actually start buying them for fusing. Yeah, it's only 2nd tier potential, but it's better than nothing, isn't it?

- Double ALL the fees in use.

People would start using scrolls and WGs as currency. Poor players would get poorer, rich merchants and dupers wouldn't feel any difference.

- Create a temporary NPC selling:
mystery cubes for price of 80mils each
premium cubes for price of 180mils each
white scrolls for price of 150mils each
50% scrolls for price of 250mils each
a gachapon box that has a chance to give really good rewards (GM scrolls and 140lvl gear, maybe a really low chance for GODLY pre-scrolled items): 500mils each

Good, now GM scrolls dupers don't need the MTS to get cubes anymore!

Anyways, this might help fixing the economy; but it will permanently break the game even more.

On the other hand, "legit" WS/pink scrolls merchants would be completely pineappleed up. Screwing up merchants, I like it

- Completely remove the meso drops from monsters above level 30 temporarily.
Low level meso drops shall stay just to save the lifes of people who start on a new servers/are completely new to MS

I don't see how this would help. Monsters meso drop is already VERY low, most players don't loot it at all. It would just annoy weaker and poor players without affecting rich bastard merchants at all.

- Create an NPC that let's you convert mesos to NX, with the current NX:meso rate (I think it's 1:60 at least in Yellonde)

Nexon would NEVER do that. And it would give hackers a VERY, VERY large opportunity for a NX exploit. Or hackers would just find a small meso exploit and secretly use it to buy infinite amounts of NX.

Personally (and many people are going to hate my ideas), if we want to really fix the GMS' economy:

-Shut down the goddamn MTS. Real money (NX) shouldn't be used to buy in game items (meso). If you want NX, you pay for it. If you want meso, you play for it.

-Ban/fix dupers. 'nuff said.

-Remove the anti-botting system. Seriously, botters can just kill their characters and keep them any level they want. Botters get a loads of good recipies and equipment while legit players have to buy from them for x5 their pre-anti-botting system value. Nice try, Nexon

-Make fusing a decent alternative for cubing. It doesn't need to be as good as cubes, but it would be nice if people who DON'T want to buy NX to have a chance of getting some decent potential on items. This would help decreased pot'd items prices, without hurting people with godly pot'd equipment.

-Remove junk scrolls from the game ("10% Scroll for 1h BW for accuracy"? Do we even NEED accuracy at all?), greatly increase scrolls drop rate and make all kinds of non-event and non-boss scrolls (60%, 10%, potential, EE and chaos) drop from all mobs, higher level mobs would have a greater drop rate than lower level ones. OK, it won't help to fix the "godly equipment" market, but it would help to fix lower level market, and it might control Wattk WGs prices. If we can't fix the market for the godly players, let's give noobs and newbies a chance of at least feel how it is to scroll a weapon without using 100% blue scrolls
