I'm wondering wether to buy a 15% LUK, three lined, Cape (for around 1.5b-2b) or two Dagger GM scrolls to throw on my Von Leon Dagger. The cape would give me around 120 LUK. The last calculations I knew were that 5 LUK was about 1 W.ATT for Thieves (this is from ages ago). Is this still the case or has it changed a lot?

To keep it simple. Would two GM Dagger scrolls (10 ATT) be a better investment rather than a 15% LUK Cape (120 LUK in my case)?
