Secondly, No, I wouldn't if such a scenario even existed.
In reality, not getting a college degree for most jobs (excluding retail, manual labor, artisans, writers, business management, low-level computer programming and other things that require little skill, or can be self-taught easily) is not the best path. Especially in America, where, in most jobs, someone with a college degree will probably get highered over one without, be paid more, advance faster, and be less likely to be laid-off. Not that that is fair, but its true. Did you know, you can't even think of staying in Japan without a college degree?
It really depends on what you want to be, but, 70% of the time, going to college would be better, since it looks 'shiner'. Also, you might actually learn something. (Dependent on where you go)
