Are you guys idiots or something? This law can't even be enforced UNLESS the person being checked has done something to warrant them being stopped in the first place. That means you have to commit a violation BEFORE they can ask about immigration status. On top of that, there is nothing in the law about any specific ethnicity.
Just last week, on Friday, a police officer was shot with an AK47. The shooters? Drug runners from Mexico. Does this mean Mexicans are the only ones. That are illegal immigrants? No, but the Mexican border is being used by those of middle eastern background to enter the US under assumed Hispanic names.
