Check your underwear for itching powder. I once lock-picked my teachers locker and sprinkled his protective cup with some itching powder. Results were hilarious.

Here's some anti-itch tips I found through Google:

* Cool the itchy area with a cold wash cloth. It can be laid over the area, or used to pat the irritated skin.
* Rub the area with an ice cube.
* Apply a clear, unscented Vitamin E oil or baby oil.
* Apply an over-the-counter cortizone anti-itch cream (this may help with razor burn and little red bumps as well).
* Dust with baby powder. (A male friend of mine swears by this.)
* Use loofah or an exfoliating mitt, or various exfoliating scrubs available (Apricot Scrub being one of the most common).
* Apply cool, pure, unscented and undyed aloe vera gel.

And uh... after-shave in your no-no zone? Are you insane dude? Goggleemoticon

Don't use after shave. There is alcohol or some crap in there and it's going to burn like a beotch. It should go away soon but I would assume its like that for 2 reasons.... a. Its the first time and b. you probably have sensitive skin.

Trim, don't shave.

Only women should shave.

Shave with the hair, not against it. (Who the hell did that again btw? @ IRC)

Alot of those are very good BUT you have to be careful due to the area. You don't want things moving their way into your penis and having a serious infection =)
