Ideal Keyboard setup?
#1
So far I have been trying out different keyboard shortcuts with little to no luck in finding a comfortable/efficient setup. Does anyone have a keyboard setup for multiple skills? I am looking for comfort and efficiency (very little mistakes in intense battles due to pressing the wrong key and easy on the hands to play for hours at a time).

Thank you for the help. May the best best setup win Smile

Not sure which class you are, but setting up my Corsair's keys was hell. I had so many skills that I had to move around some of the keys I normally reserve for things like NPC chat or normal attack on my other characters. The entire left side of my keyboard is a mess of skills, even though I've completely removed Invisible Shot, Grenade, and SSK.

I have yet to make room for Hypnotize and Rapid Fire, which I don't have yet.

Left Hand:
Jump, Loot, Potions, Buffs.

Right Hand:
Move, Attack

Set up potions anywhere comfortable on Keyboard.
Set Buffs on Numbers 1-9/0
Put attacks on Hot Keys
Put not-so-important attacks on random places on keyboard

I don't get how anyone can play a pirate on the keyboard.. gamepads are so much easier and more comfortable for me.

Correct I am a buc.

Well thanks for the ideas so far, I will try them out.

Actually I may just work on one of my own. The majority of people don't play on laptops and my home/end/ins/del keys are out of reach during normal play.

edit: btw, the extra Battleships on the right joystick are for when I accidentally mess up on my demount timing and switch the configuration without getting off battleship.. it doesn't happen often, though. I hope I explained that properly lol.
