After watching the video of SeiiShiko, I noticed that after he used Demolition, the 8 hits would come out all at once. Then I watched a kMS (i think) video, and the hits would come out one after another. So, I was wondering is it different in gMS or was he just lagging?

No it's just one of the many examples why Nexon America fails in programming a good game.
Nexon America doesn't care about game quality, they only care about how much money they can earn with publishing shiet...
Don't expect of them to fix it btw... They don't have the slightest idea how to fix this... :')

Did you even look into it before you posted?
I watched that video and this one and I didn't notice any difference. Besides, SeiiShiko's video was not recorded by himself, so if there is any difference, it's probably just lag or video effect.

Exactly what he ^ said. When another person is looking at a fourth job Brawler using Demolition, it looks like the skill isn't executed until after the transform sprite returns to its normal position. However, when the person using the skill is looking at the animation, he sees it coming out while he's 'invisible.' Thus, it's simple to conclude that someone else was recording Seiishiko, not himself.

which kms video you watch? cuz there's a chance of it being a kMST one (they recently had a bunch of fixes in skills)

I love how people just jump to blame Nexon for everything.
It's just a perspective thing. SeiiShiko can see the hits executed normally. Other people don't see the hits until the attacker returns to its normal position. If you watch that video carefully, you'll see that SeiiShiko isn't the person filming.
A similar skill would be Hurricane where the Bowmaster can see the multiple arrows being fired. The skill appears to be much slower when other people are watching though. This is done to reduce lag.

Demolition wasn't changed as far as I know.

It was because he wasn't the one recording.
Perfect example is Genesis. The Bishop using it sees all of the rays, and anyone else sees just the ones that hit monsters.

It's lag, because:

I can attest to that, since I noticed in videos that a Bishop casting Genesis would show more rays than the player would see. Also, another example is that Hurricane from a Bowmaster looks really slow, when it's really fast (Would look ~1/2-1/3 the speed of how it looks on the player's screen).

I'm not quite sure if this is the reason, but at some point in KMS or KMST, Demolition became faster than before. It was supposed to be a bug, so it's possible the fixed version of Demolition was released in gMS.
If you could post the link to this KMS video, and look at the date, we could figure out what happened.
Edit- Apparently, it was a KMS main server patch. Demolition's delay bug was fixed on 12/9/2008.

So Demolition is actually slower than it's supposed to be, or only for viewers?

its delay
maple story got it alot
the best way to check it is get 2 computers next to eachother and use a skill and watch howmuch time it takes before u see it at the other comp.
when ur buc urself u just get 1 animation 1 hit * 8 instaid of 8 animations and then 8 hits

Suprised it works like that for demo and barrage though. SB, strafe, TT, etc doesn't act like this.

I think it's better like this though.
