luckily for you, blizzard has some of the best customer service, so if nothing works, do send them a ticket. expect an answer by tomorrow.

Didn't have this problem, but I bought mine months ago... I don't suppose you made a typo? Those error messages are always so useless...

if the problem is downloading-only though, i think you could torrent the game/ISO for it, and simply log through it with your account normally.
