We will be performing unscheduled maintenances for each of the game worlds on June 1, 2012. If you see an in-game notification that a game world restart will be occurring soon, please move to a different game world.

-What will be unavailable-

• Specific game worlds will be unavailable after an announcement is made in those worlds.
  

-Changes and Updates-

• Fix: A fix will be applied to address the server restarts.
  
• Fix: A completion issue with a certain quest will be fixed.

inb4 some worlds dont ocme back up for 5 hours and some come up after 15 mins.

I don't understand why not just reset them all at the same time

Explain to the people who only have characters in that world.
Might as well just say "Please log out for a few seconds."

For some reason, I can't get past the log in screen without disconnecting.

They didn't even fix the cursed dolls quest...

They only fixed the first three parts; the last 2 are still glitched, requiring 600 and 1000 dolls.

2nd quest for Cursed Dolls is broken for me.

The first one is still broke for me lol...

Probably the part you accepted before the maintenance is still "broken".
They're not broken, btw, they just require the real number of dolls we had to get back then: 100, 200, 400, 600 and 1000 dolls.
The dialog and quest helper display the post-bb numbers (50, 70, 100, 150, 200(?)), but the NPC tries to take the pre-bb number from you, and if she fails she gives the incorrect error message.
If you do have the pre-bb number of dolls, the NPC will take them, give you the reward, and go on to the next stage.
