Shield Scroll is similar to White Scroll in effect (it gets used up regardless of scrolling success or failure, and prevents slot loss on scrolling failure), and to Shielding Ward in method of use (you drag and drop it on the item to be scrolled, before scrolling. a little mark appears in the corner of the item to indicate it is shielded. Then you scroll as normal.)
