Rising Sun Set?

Is this set worth it for all the time and money you will have to put into it? Im contemplating making it, but I'm not sure whether it would just be better to buy a scrolled/cubed chtp/belt. Oh and you would have to cube the equips by yourself also....since they're untradeable, and i dought someone is going to get 21% stat on a rising sun pendent then sell it....so yea....suggestions?

idk about you but i have 4/5 equips made, working on 5th one, then after legend patch i plan on making them into blazing set

I think he forgot to point out that he PvPs for 6hrs+ a day (and I assume with mules that he farms points off of).
I personally don't think it's worth the effort. :x

My question is, specifically for our KMS brothers is how rare is the recipe? I remember one of you mentioned in the other thread that you've not seen a single one or something ominous like that. I know one of the Hot Times gave a chance at it, but was that it? Was there an event like ours currently that would spit them out at a good clip? Not only that, it's another 40 each to get to Blazing. Also, are Timeless Earrings still the requirement and has it not been fixed yet? These all weight quite heavily on my decision, I'll likely make them because I can, but I'm not sure if I should end it here and end-game them or lay off for an uncertain future.

It is, unfortunately, still the case that you need Timeless Earrings to make Blazing Sun Earrings, rather than Rising Sun as it should be, at least, as of the patch where they changed the recipe for the Dominator Pendant. I have no idea what drops the recipe or anything, this is where Monster Book comes in, and I haven't been playing enough to make a good judgement, but I have not seen any. The Hot Time event gave out the new items directly, not the recipes.
Mmm, I can check if they updated the recipes the secret recipe gives out.

I think that as of now, the Rising Sun is worth enough to get it. You could jsut make several mules to get the knights of virtue recipes, which I did, to get all the set.
Btw, what are the stats on the blazing sun set?

Also, you can in fact get the Blazing Sun recipe from the Mystery Recipe, I'm pretty sure the event mystery recipe gives you a recipe from the entire list of possibilities from the normal mystery recipe, so, maybe if you're that dedicated, save every event mystery recipe you get til then? Though, I'm afraid it won't do much. Will update you guys on the probability of getting each recipe ASAP.

Let us hope. Updated with my previous post. DABR is still absent, unfortunately, as are WABR, Special Face Paints, and basically anything good other than 130 armor, weapons, rising and blazing sun.
