HTP and CHTP after chaos?

i kept hearing about both HTP and CHTP changed to can only be scrolled once?
is that true?

wasn't it always like that, and the ones that ARE multi-scrolled are only that way due to a glitch?

you could never use 3 eggs, you can only use enough eggs until the C/HTP has 2 slots, which is one egg for the HTP, and it was 2 eggs for the CHTP, but nexon removed one slot, so now you can only egg it once.
this happened a long time ago.

So when it says 3, the total number of slots remaining on the ©HTP must be 3 in order for the stone to work. This means the stone can only be used once.

You know the "remaining slots" on the bottom of the pendant, allowing you to scroll it? There has to be a number 3 there.
