How would you answer that during an interview?

for me, I answered, my marks is really low...

I need to figure out better responses...

The typical sleazy way to answer the question is to create a weakness that is also a strength. A total cheesy answer is "I'm too nice to people" or "I work too hard". I don't understand why employers still ask this question. It's too easy to evade.

I kill the employers that don't hire me.
