Lost Last Name to Account

Hi, my friend lost his last name to his main account so he can't change his password. Is there a way to find it? He knows his B-day & email but forgot last name :x.

I know for sure that Nexon sometimes addresses people by their name in their emails and such. Maybe they might address you by the full name?

I tried that over a week ago, and still never got it. Any idea on how long it takes?

After you hit 'send' you should be getting a script popup saying "The e-mail has been sent."
It came instantly. If you aren't getting that little popup, try a different browser. I use Opera by default and had tried multiple times to send the e-mail, but it was no use. IE let whatever retarded things they run on the site to run their course. So, give that a try.

*Just tried it again, working just fine.

You are just stupid. When someone send the email to someone it doesn't show the receiver last name only the sender. So if i wanted to know your last name i wouldnt be able to get it seeing that i will be sending you my last name and not gaining knowledge of yours.

It only shows the last name of the account logged in, when you send the email it shows the last name of the account that your on. I dont see people sending off random event notices to random emails.

If a hacker has your maple/email account then i would see this as leaking information but your already being hacked so it really doesn't matter. They can change your p/w without your last name.

This helped me figure out the fake last name i put for one of accounts and i locked the account.

There can be ways to exploit additional information tied to the account when you have some pieces. At one point in MS's history, it was possible to get someone's account with just the b-day alone via website hacking. I will not go into details for security reasons.
