With each Cash Shop Surprise you open, you get a random CS item. It seems there are two different outcomes - "Jackpot" and "Normal" - when you open the cash shop surprise.

I'll probably spend $50 on the event or something. Permanent pet is really worth it if you think about it, you never have to worry about it expiring. Today I spent 25k nx and got 30m in sacks, a Coffeehouse for 3 months and some nonsense. Those two things itself was worth the $25.
