So I Live Here Now...

As far as I understand it, I should never go to the east side if I want to live. I'm just running down the list of shitty cities to live in. Grew up around Detroit, spent a summer working on the edge of East Cleveland, now I'm in Saginaw. Next up: Flint, Oakland, and St. Louis!

Also, my new job sucks. Discuss.

Move to Chicago, IL, or Camden, NJ.

Or live out of your car.

Ha, I remember one of my professors talking about his daughter getting caught in what was essentially gang cross-fire between buildings on the opposite side of an empty park in Chicago. Definitely gonna add that to my list.

When I read the bit about not going to the East Side if you want to live, I thought of Chicago. <_<

Maybe it's a common thing? Like every city has an MLK Boulevard and it's always a stretch of nasty ghetto?

I've been told I don't have a choice, it's merely a matter of time. Could be a worse sport than hockey I guess.
