Laptop keeps going into standby

My laptop keeps going into Standby every time I close the lid, even tho I have it set to "Do nothing."

Can anyone help me fix it, or locate the problem?

Did you restart your computer after changing the setting?
It usually requires a reboot before it takes effect.

It's always been like that. I've always had it set up like that.
The issue just started recently.
