Assassins MUST HP Wash
#1
This is what I've seen everywhere, from Basilmarket to Sleepywood. Even my friends say that 'if you don't HP-wash, you're useless, you'll die easily...' Is this true? I have a Level-51 DEXless Assassin and up to the point where I think I should just quit because of the Low-HP Assassins get.

And what the hell, Gunslingers = More HP + Faster...

HP isn't really a problem until you decide you want to go bossing or train at strong places, I think. At level 51 it's no problem, but if you're unwilling to HP wash, then your character's future (post 4th job) won't be very bright.

If you don't care about Horntailing in the 18x?, then don't HP wash. That, and Pink Bean, are like the only times where you kind of need to HP wash.

if you dont hp wash and want to use all of your attack equips to the fullest advantage the eartliest u can ht is level 203.....(ie. never)

this however does not stop you from wearing HP gear for one boss, nor does it stop you from becoming 5-20 luk weaker in exchange for more HP.

i made it to level 165 without HP washing, so i dont see training as being a problem

Same, I started HP washing at 16x and only did it for like 6-7 levels. HP washing is only necessary if you want to HT.

So is it possible to HT with a NightLord by putting it into HP instead of DEX/LUK (Blood-build)?

Yeah, but it makes you weaker. I think it'll be a good idea to do that as long as you don't do it too long, or else you'll be doing bad damage at HT.

Faster Attack Speed, but they don't get Haste, so they have a harder time jumping over mobs (they gunwhack just like Sins and Archers).

But basically besides the Horntail + Pink Bean, Assassins are okay?

Washing might be nice for the 12x-13x, if you want to go to Skele's early, but since newties are still good exp then, it isnt necessary by any means.

I just started a brawler cuz im tired of a boss 25 level lower then me 1hko me(Crogs) when Zakum doesnt. Thats without HB of course.

You can't seriously be complaining about a Dexless Assassin, can you?
You're not the fastest attacks anymore, big whoop. Have you seen Gunslinger damage? Unlike sins, they hit fast and weak with a small army of support skills. Sins hit fast and hard. Heck, you're tied with them in third job when Triple Throw or w.e. cuts the speed down.
You are a sin, don't you dare complain.

My friend says he just uses AP Reset from MP to HP without any INT equips. I was thinking about this and said that it's not a bad idea. It's not like we require so much MP. We just use Triple Throw, and all the other attacks, which consume at the most 50MP per use, we'll just use more MP pots, right

Actually, most people do this. The only reason people wear INT equipment is because they will have more MP to wash with. There is a limit to the amount of MP you can go down to. The more MP you have via INT equipment, the more HP washes you can do and the more HP you will gain.

A limit? Like Nexon stops you from doing any more? What is the formula?

You will find this useful.

Yeah, your MP cannot go down after a certain limit.

limit is 148 + 14 *level

For example, my minimum MP is 150 (14) + 148 = 2248

every 120 int = a HP wash , i recomend wearing as much INT gear as possible starting at low lvls, even if you are not planning on HP washing yet, they come in handy from lower lvls

It really pisses me off that Nexon has to tie money in this game with everything. Do Gunslingers have enough HP to go without HP-wash? I heard they have higher HP.

Yes Pirates do.
There range is 2 higher on MP and HP.
So its harder to wash, BUT you probably need to wash less.
