Nexon supports SOPA. Another site (not joystiq) reached out to them and all other game companies and Nexon was really the only one that commented and while they didn't straight up say it, their response made it pretty clear that they do (otherwise they would've just said no we don't)

As of yesterday, Riot Games - developer/publisher of the MOBA/RTS game League of Legends (LoL) - has officially joined in the fight against SOPA.

I'd figure their support for SOPA but for the life of me, I guess I was expecting a little more than just a dodge. Sounds more Nexony more this way though I guess. Either that or not get a fucking response until after the bill is voted on.

The creator of the SOPA act actually broke the law in the past by posting a image on his website and don't giving credits to the creator.

The bill's most controversial clause may have been removed, but there's still plenty left that can threaten establishments if that bill passes in its current form. Probably the second worse thing in that bill to DNS blocking is freezing anything that's financing a site. It's bad news for anyone that has small online business and anything of that sort.

On one hand, it is from 3 important cabinet members of the White House. On the other hand, how can I have any faith in the administration after they passed NDAA?

I remember reading a long article on here saying that Obama was pigeonholed into signing that (there was a reason he couldn't veto). I'll see if I can find it again. SOPA vote has been postponed until "a consensus has been reached". So it's not January 18th any longer.
