I dunno, Harrisonized might have before he got perma-perma'd, that was right when I joined.
I've only had a total of 23, he's got to have had at least 48 to get 3 accounts perma'd.
I've been temp-banned twice, had one mult perma'd for getting on it while temp'd, and 1 mult that's gotten no infractions even while using it for about a week while temp'd, which Eos claims to have known about and not banned for... some reason.
