cannoneers only get 12 extra slots or do they get more the more advances they have? (lvl 30 atm)

I belive they get another 12 extra slots at level 70. And that's when they get to link their link skill.

I just looked at my inventry and i now have 24 extra slots instead of 12. so it does increase thanks. I was just confiused becasue the mastery level said 1. and u say it increase again at lvl 70?

If I'm not mistaken, it adds 12 slots at 1st job and 12 more at 2nd job.
I didn't get any extra upon my 3rd job advancement.
