How does HS work now as of Legend? I was HSing my mule during 2x and received 1.2x exp instead of 2x + 1.5x. Could this be a glitch what?

HS has changed slightly such that keeping your bishop in the party will cause the exp to drop due to exp leeched - unlike before where it did not matter. However HS now has 100% effect even when alone - it used to be only +10% when alone. The best solution tends to be make Zak or HT party and move in bishop when HS and buffs are needed and back out to gain the full effects of HS.

Make sure you're taking the new (old) party formula into account. A leeching HS'er can actually make you receive less exp than training alone.

Example:
Leeching my ~64 cannoneer on its 1.5x exp card at Master Robos (normal exp: 222), I was getting
333 exp all alone
500 exp with HS'er off the map
~250 exp with the HS'er on the map (HSer was a level 17x bishop)

How much exp would I get from 3 people?

HS is just a flat out 1.5x now.
