I've seen a few screenies of Demon Slayer with a more normal skin color, so I think at least that class has skin options.
And knowing GMS, they might do what they did w/ aran and just throw out the default skin, and use the regular skin color options

The other change-able option is the face patterns.

In a rare change of pace the female default is ugly while the male default is good. Referring to Demon Slayer's hairstyles.
