I'd like to know what level the items have to be to get the new legend skills.

I know it's shoe, helmet, and glove, but what levels do those items have to be to get the skill stat? Every blog I've read they don't mention this, and I can't seem to find that anywhere on here as well.

i'd rather pay the 8k nx+meso than cube, 11 out of 10 chances it will be cheaper.

I will be cubing my gloves and hat anyways to at least 15%, so I will probably get the skill on the way. I won't cube my shoes which is already 15% dex, but we know shoes is easiest f3

Well yeah I'd prefer to do that as well, but 1. I'm a Mage, I doubt many people will be cubing Mage equips for the decent skills, and 2. I'm in Galicia, enough said.

Is it possible to get both skills at once? Such as SI + SE from one Cube?

I'm just glad CO is on shoes, because I don't have to worry too much about gloves for my DSlayer, then.

Or just rely on friends. Friend and i decided to pact together to get all the decent/useful skills on our cannoneers, so that's one way to do it.
