It changes on what level range you're in. (starts high ends low)

Exp on kill / exp in official server = exp rate.

It depends on the session and what they're testing. You won't ever have unlimited NX, but certain things will be priced at 0 NX when they have CS things to test. Pink bean pet for example in this term will probably mean certain things will be 0 NX. There have been terms where cubes are priced at 0 iirc, but it doesn't happen often.

when a game is compartmentalized like maplestory thanks to its pve nature, there is often no point in testing anything but the changes. the things that didnt change will still interact correctly if they were programmed right in the first place.
