I'm pretty sure most people haven't found it though seeing as Nexon didn't formally announce it.
Yeah, I found it very useful when I got party glitched in tespia. Couldn't leave pt (because I wasn't in one supposedly) but couldn't be invited because I was already in a party supposedly. It's pretty neat.
