possible evil box glitch?

Either it's just me being unlucky or it's a glitch, I have gotten a total of 61 accessory dex 60% and only 2 accessory attack 15% from evil boxes, while all my friends seems to get about accessory attack 15% at 1/2 rate of that of accessory str 60%. Also from what I noticed, I have completely stopped getting any chaos scrolls/pet scrolls/anything other than accessory dex 60% too.

These are the things I noticed:
I got 2 accessory attack 15% and a pet attack 60% at the same time right after I started, along with chaoses, and right after about 30 minute it completely stopped giving me anything other than accessory dex 60%/profession boost items/pots for the rest of the hours.

This seems like a inventory problem now since my bowman friend also got the same result(getting a resonable amount of accessory attack as accessory dex as well as other scrolls)

If anyone want to test this glitch, my inventory looked like this. I believe when I had 2-3 open slots I still ended up getting other scrolls.

I don't think luck can justify getting accessory attack/chaoses/pet attack scrolls in the first hour and then getting only accessory dex 60% for the other 8 hours. That makes no sense whatsoever, I actually collected the result from 2 days(total of 15 hours for both days together), same thing happened yestoday after I left only 1 inventory open and then I started getting only acc dex for the rest 4 hours. So I doubt it's luck

How many boxes have you opened? I have done around 400-500 boxes now and I did get tons of pots, I just throw them away.

Things I have observed:

The good stuff is only given within the first dozen or so boxes of the day. I've gotten AEEs, Chaos scrolls, Pet Attack, Accessory Attack, and 60% 1h att, always within a dozen or so boxes, the first I open that day. After that, I open another couple hundred boxes, and all they contain is potions (Milks and Dews), 60% Accessory STR (I have over 100 of those already o.o), level 90 warrior weapons/gloves/shoes, and trait items (Hair Wax, Carrot Juice, etc).

To those who say "it's all random" - clearly it's not. 3 days with the same behavior is way too consistent. My guildies have also observed the same thing. We know the boxes are "smart" because they only give you equips for your class (I don't even get spears or maces, only swords and axes!) and accessory stat scrolls for your class, so having them keep track of how many you've already used is not too farfetched. (Relogging doesn't help, btw)

So yeah, unless you're like me and want the trait items, or intend to fuse all those free equips into some good ones, don't bother hunting Eregos after you've opened, say, 20 boxes that day. (Not sure of the exact number)

this does seem to fit what my friends has been doing, they only open about 50 boxes and then goes to do other stuff because they are bored. I also farmed on my aran, it has given me a aee, 3 acc attack 15%, and some chaoses+pot. I haven't bothered continued farming after 10 boxes so I do not know the result. Honestly I don't even have any farming freaks on my bl or guild other than me so I can't just test this theory

and here I thought it was just random, no wonder I have 23 acc dex 60% and 0 acc attack, I got like 1 chaos and 1 2-h attack scroll(I guess I was those are considered the rare scrolls in box terms, then a whole pineappling 23 acc dex 60% and I gave up after 2 hours or so.)

I just cc every map and check lol, pretty sure best place is crysys since there is a lvl limit there, so use a lolmule.

no, they only spawn on the red dot maps, meaning no mini dungeons or hidden streets, even if those areas can charge your gauge. Oh well I'm going to look on the bright side. I will never need to buy a dex scroll for accessories ever again

15 hours of hunting at "unpopulated" places, plus my double jump makes checking through whole map in 19 chs in just around 5 mins or less, it's been more populated since yestoday now but still reasonable for hunting.

Do you mean the first dozen boxes that you yourself open, or the first dozen boxes that anybody opens (in a givin map) right after Nexon turns on the Eregos at 10am pacific?

Also when you say first 20 or so, it makes me wonder if you got the good items from cc-ing around all 19 channels of one map, then when you start in on another map, the good stuff gets eliminated from the list.

My experience: First box ever -AEE scroll, every one after that - 10 pots. But I've only opened 20 or so total.

I've opened close to 500 boxes, and I agree, dex 60% acc is the most common aside from pots and random equips.

he means the first dozens that you opened by yourself, also I don't think boxes has anything to do with what map you got it from anyways, besides that I on 5+ maps on 19 chs. So it shouldn't be happening anyways

Remember that USC we had the other day? I was AFK in the Lioners map at the time the USC kicked in. Since it started when Ergoths starting spawning, by the time I got back, there was an Ergoth in every single Lioner channel. Got a nice 19 boxes for that effort, plus 15 more from those blue kitties. By the time I got to the red kitties, people got smart and started hunting for them. Sadly though, out of those 34 boxes, none of them gave me an AEE. I did get a Special Pot Scroll though and 2 Chaos 60%s.

That's one example of an unpopulated map. Places in Kerning Square (except for CDs) also count as well. It doesn't matter what level Ergoth you face... just face any of them and get their boxes.
