Monster Park

So how do you like Monster Park?

Only answer the poll if you've actually done Monster Park. I'm just curious to see you guy's opinion on the matter.

First!?! Also I mostly train low lvl chars so it's been pretty fast for the new nub I made and for my f\p.

As I said, Monster Park is amazing for characters lv 20-50. After that it's kinda pointless but still a lot of fun with some experience on the side.

I was on my level 24 F/P and tagged along with my friends (low 3x to 40) to do the kerning square monster park. I got a full 300% exp in a single run.

We didn't even kill the final crimson rock boss (he was healing faster than we could do damage, lol).

My guild and I love it.

It's pretty cool so far.
Probably going to get old like most other things, but for now, I like it.

I'm used to getting crazy exp from Knight Stronghold before Ascension, so I dislike Monster Park. Was getting 3.5% from a full party in a 5-7 minute run from the KSH part of MP.

I like it, but part of the reason is it works really well in combination with the newly organized PQs.

I love that I can grab a party at Monster Park, and, if we get bored/run out of tickets, we can quickly shuffle into a party quest and vice-versa.

Bring on the almost variety.

I don't like it at all...

1. Costs too much (200k mesos per "run")
2. Costs too much on potions
3. Risk of dieing too high -> Monsters do too much damage for training for non-warriors
4. Monsters have too high HP -> Boring
5. Kenta PQ / Hobking PQ are better Cost / EXP / Personality stats wise
6. LHC is better for training

Boring, repetitive and not so good EXP wise compared to PQ's. Of course it has no limit, but having to hunt for ticket pieces is something not really worth it. It's such an amazing thing for 120- characters, but for 120+, it's terrible, specially when LHC is still there.

Some things in GMS that i don't actually understand. Dragon Rider is the PQ that has the best ratio of EXP and time to get it done, but it's always empty. Yet there's a pomegranateload of 130+ players in that Ice Knight PQ that gives nothing other than a 1 all stat earring and 1 all stat shoe.
Not only that, but the fact people can't damn understand you need to care about people's levels.

I joined a party for Kenta PQ with three 15x people, then a level 121 came, they invited him, then a level 190 bishop came, and he joined our party, we got in and the EXP sucked ass. And after it, i had to see that 121 guy whining about "Nexon sucks, this revamp sucks, new PQ's suck, the EXP for it is like 1% per PQ, who the pineapple does this?!"

Really, these are some things i can't really understand why people are doing. I wonder if they even read about the PQ revamp. @__@

And after it, i had to see that 121 guy whining about "Nexon sucks, this revamp sucks, new PQ's suck, the EXP for it is like 1% per PQ, who the pineapple does this?!"

My 191 Pally friend and I did the Kenta PQ 10 times today and I got ~3.5% from it. Yes, it sucks EXP wise, but it's not a bad alternate, especially when we were completing it in 5min every time.

It might be slower training... but you know what? I like a change of scenery.

I get 1.75% a PQ. o.o

Compared to stronghold or LHC, it sucks.
However, by itself, it's not bad.
A good change of pace once in a while.
Though, I'd gladly trade it for stronghold back.

I like it, mostly because it's like a bitesize LHC that can be accessed from anywhere. It's also not subject to glitched spawn.

Remember a time way back when there was a saying: "You can't PQ to 200, lrn2grind".

The character you've done is 193 as your information says? :o
If so, then it's not the situation i was talking about.
What i was talking about was that you need to find people of your level, if you get someone like 20 levels above you, the EXP ratio will change and you will get a very low amount.
For example, for me, as a 15x, i'd get 1.8m EXP when the average level is below lv 165, but when it's above it, i get only 335k EXP.
It's the fact that the "Average level" isn't just random numbers, it makes a very huge difference. Everyone should know it, as you can only do it 10 times, it'd be extremely dumb to waste it doing the PQ 10 times and get 3m, when you could do it 10 times and get 18m EXP.

I like it. It's a nice change of pace, gives some personality trait stuff and is bitesize as someone else noted. I don't like training for hours and hours, it's mind numbing. But doing a couple pqs and monster park runs and i'm satisfied.

I get 2% per Stronghold run at lvl 188, and I like the badges. If I get something interesting I'll time extend it fo'sho. (Best I got is 3DEX 3LUK 40avoid 2speed 3jump badge)

Also it's fun and different. I was tired of LHC LHC LHC LHC LHC SH SH SH SH SH .
