Ignoring defense matters at everything above Chaos Zakum. Pot lock is fixed by being partied with a Bishop, and being able to hit the 1 million cap repeatly in a short amount of time while all the other classes are doing only about 20 - 40% of that.

"Godly" nls hit about 600k min per star with 15% ignore built into tt and probally some ignore on their wep they are doing about ~40% dmg on empress oooo look over 1m dmg per tt at a faster speed,doesnt drain hp meaning no bishops giving you more slots for atkers

Bishops.

-Very self-sufficient for exploring and questing (Heal, Dispel, Door)
-Tele Mastery is probably the fastest way to complete low level collection/hunting quests
-Actually a great mobber if funded enough, especially post-jump
-Really easy to get parties for PQ's/bosses
-HS for really cheap and lazy exp, you can get to 200 without any effort

+1 for bishop.

+2 for Bishop. Also can share whatever tradeable INT equips off that Battlemage you have with it.

Just to play devil's advocate... What happens if new content comes out that you can't complete on this "end-game" character?

Last time I checked the mastery from Beholder was passive, and Beholder itself can't be dispelled.

I'd say the biggest downsides to playing as a DK is that they don't get Holy Symbol
