English, of course. Why would I watch subbed? I mean, I know that animaniacs are crazy about SUBS OVER DUBS but I'm not going to sit there reading while I'm trying to watch something. What's the point of that? Also the dubs aren't bad.

Needs more Real Folks Blues.

Naruto shippuden has a great storyline, deadmans wonderland is like xmen meets runningman, one piece story is really good as well.

I didn't like anime at all up until like 3 years ago, I went in with an open mind because my job was part time and I had nothing to do on my off days.

Oh and full metal alchemist is a must see. Really sarah unless you can get into an abstract thinking of "if the world was real", as in spot the references between ours and theirs, you really won't get into it.

Though I cant see why you're so apprehensive considering most MMORPG's, are just essentially playable anime's, even role playing games.

The only one of those that I could see actually suggesting to her is FMA. And as far as serious suggestions, even though she's said she doesn't want any: Baccano!

And uh, just wondering- Sarah, have you seen the .hack shows? Because aren't those supposed to be important to actually understanding the games? :f6:

I don't normally carry soundtracks on my Zune and Bebop's is one of two exceptions.

Try AnimeA, but they only have download links. I highly urge you to download over streaming, quality is better both with visual and audio. The english dub imo was great, I grew up on it and it's one of the few animes that I would chose to watch in English.

If you liked Cowboy Bebop, you may like Trigun. It's scifi ish, funny, but serious, and has a lot of guns. Netflix just removed it. >_>

Also, not sure what Sarah's into. But if you're into a serious anime (very little comedy), I suggest Le Chevalier D'Eon.
It contains French history, a good storyline, and it's a pretty good anime.
