Brandish at level 70

Am I the only one that got Brandish at level 70 on my DW? Everyone didn't believe me that I had it before level 100, and I didn't know it was the skill I get at 100.

Those made post-big bang had Brandish at level 70. Then Nexon changed it after a month or so and made it so that you had to be level 100.

When did you get it, Derek? Just recently?
