Premium Miracle Cube Issue

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
I personally did not have this happen to me, but my friend did.

He had a 2 line unique Vip claw, used a premium cube on it, and it turned epic 3 line.

Yes...his potential went DOWN to epic.

My friend also turned a 2line ewand 5 into a 3line wand5 with regular cubes when they came out

All I know is that I got F'd by the f'ing scrolls too.

I spent $10.00 in order to lose 3 LUK.

GMS did this quite on purpose, the pineappleing description of the scroll does NOT IN ANY WAY lead one to believe that there is a chance to reset the number of lines... The way they pull it off, they make it sound like a certainty.

But it's all good.... My entire 6th anniversary set is PERM BETCHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I can take my no-luk having ass, and look like the guy that got kicked out of the rave, for the rest of my maple career, and play a stupid sound effect 10 times a day, all the while wasting god know how much more money, trying to get the rest of my crap to 3 lined.

I think you're missing the point. What he is saying is his friend's 2L UNIQUE claw turned into a 3L EPIC claw.

Basically, it downgraded its rank, which shouldn't be possible..

Uhm, I'm having trouble understanding you, but what're you mad about? Are you saying your 3 lined items turned 2 lined, your lines got reset, thus losing you 6 luk, or the fact that you didn't know that there wasnt a 100% chance that it gets to 3 lines?...

throwing theories at random here, if this did happen, it could be because the cube adds another line to the current item, but may add it on a random spot, therefore putting a secondary line on the first line, which would then become the main line, and downgrade the item.

Actually right in the advertisement it says that there's a 25% chance to add an extra line, so you're wrong.

FUD thread is FUD. repost with proof, otherwise take it to discussion.
