I have had four separate sleeping phases which I will refer to as alpha, beta, delta, and gamma.
Alpha Pattern (student-no exams, no job): 6-8 hours of solid sleep a day until beta pattern. Beta Pattern (student-exams, no job): 3-4 hours of solid sleep a day for two and a half weeks (week before exams [prep cycle] and week during exams [cram cycle]). When exams are done, return to alpha pattern. Delta Pattern (student-no exams, job): 3-4 hours of sleep with intermittent 2 hour nap before job shift. School-work drastically suffers due to poor prolonged mental condition. Gamma Pattern (student-exams, job): 0-1 hour of sleep with 20 minutes of passing out on the table/desk. Folger and Lipton are my best friends.

Sure, I'll do it when I get home. Currently on an N97 and it has some compatibility problems with the site.

Done. School shortens my sleep pattern, but I gave up pop and caffeine a while ago.

I don't generally drink coffe for the purpose of staying up. I drink it for the taste. But then this week(exam week) I've been drinking coffee to study till late. So I guess you can say I drink it during examination period.

I gave up most caffeine, I only drink it when my dad brings fast food home.
