Pea sized lump on ballsack. Should i cut it off?

PM picture to anyone who thinks they might know what it might be?

It isn't a pimple because it's been there since the end of summer. Yeast infection...i doubt it. It doesn't bother me at all normally, but it's recently started to lightly sting when fapping.

A picture of my ballsack would get me perma banned...it looks like a white pea just under the surface skin of my left testie.

This will only cause you problems. If the bump is white, there are a few options. i am sticking to my sebaceous gland but a cyst would be another good idea. emergency room might be a bit too drastic, but if you feel the need then go.
