Big Foot Glitch Consequence

Greetings Maplers,


We have compiled a list of players who will be temporarily suspended for abusing the Big Foot glitch or any other power leveling glitches. As we speak, these players are being suspended or have been suspended. Most of these players will be barred from name changes or server changes. They will not be able to escape the offense they committed. For glitching players on Yellonde, they will face a harsher sentence.


A total of 1289 players will be suspended.

The breakdown is:

105 Bellocan
208 Bera
155 Broa
188 Windia
124 Khaini
79 Mardia
79 Kradia
326 Scania
25 Yellonde

well, my friend got hit X_X good news is i moved up 7x places in the world ranking (100x overall) :O, but 10 of it is from training :S

I don't know why, but the "any other power leveling glitches" part sounds to me like leeching, even though it's not a glitch. But that's the first thing that came to my mind when I read that part.

They probably took the time to ban people for doing the following too...

1. BF GLitching (Obviously)
2. Leechers
3. Past Know Orbis Glitch Pqers
4. Other Glitchers for other stuff
5. Random bannings. (Thie is expectable, just log a ticket and a good allaby and theyll unban you)

But in reality, you should be glad they did something.

My noob went up 300+ in Bellocan. They had to of banned more.

I went up 268 in Windia. Nexon can't count. >_>

But in reality, you should be glad they did something.

It's not like the glitchers and leechers were hurting anything. Heck, leeching is legal as long as you and your leecher aren't hacking or botting.

Leechers hurt my rank, it makes it go down, which I don't really like. Also, since most of the leechers have a goal of getting to 4th job, it might hurt my chances of getting skillbooks.

Quite a few people have been also banned for no reason at all and has not abused the bigfoot glitch at all.

Well, now that Nexon's banned people, regardless of whether they're innocent or not, they will have to wait it out. We all know that listening to tickets is usually beyond them.

One player can have more than one character, so what Nexon says is possible.

What I think nexon did was ban people who leveled at an unbelievably quick pace, which isnt really fair, seeing as some people with 2x exp cards just level uber fast... I have a few friends who didnt abuse any of the above mentioned get banned, just because they level'd fast.

Eh for somereason I think I'll get banned, I was watching a friend glitch BF (Not to get drops or anything like that we where just passing by) and some newb was yelling at me saying he was gonna report me >_>...

Also the fact I leached from a 183 Archmage with HSmule on 2x exp from 0% to 120 in 2 hours two weeks ago...

No they can't have done this, my f/p mage friend was liek 5 lvls ahead of me in recent weeks and ive closed the gap to a mere 68%. He was banned, never opq'd, never leeched, and doesnt even know where cwk is, hes a soloing f/p mage... and was banned, and where i a i/l mage and i was not banned yet i lvl faster... me thinks nexon been hitting the fuckpipe with some major gooood stuff

Well, my friend did 120 to 148 in a month and got banned with barely a visit to CWK, as did his friend who got tonnes of 2x exp and did 168 or something like that in 3 weeks. My guess is that they just put a cap on a certain of exp gained since the patch and banned all of those...

This is complete bullpumpernickel. In no way, shape, or form did I glitch the pineappleing thing and I got banned. It seems to me anyone's who's recently gained a lot of levels has been banned; whether they've been leeching or not.
