I Changed Channels from 10 to 11.

I got this a few times too, but I forgot the triggers. One of them was that I tried to change channel while lagging intensely or in a particular way.

It's really only a one time thing, unless this is happening constantly?

It's happened more than once. I've also experienced worse symptoms. Sometimes, my computer would restart, or the screen freezes and then I have to reboot it manually (by pressing the power switch). This is actually the first time I was able to obtain a screenshot, because I alttabbed out in time and shut off Maple using the task manager.

I'm not sure what's going on, but the three triggers are:
1) changing channels
2) entering or exiting the Cash Shop or MTS
3) logging in or out

Also, it doesn't always happen. It happens randomly. If I'm missing Microsoft Visual C++ components, why doesn't it happen every time?

Just because you're missing components doesn't mean it has to happen often.
