Most iconic weapon for each class

Evil wings and panlids come to mind when thinking about magicians :o

Archers: Either a Hinkel or Arund. That alongside a Level 70 hat pretty much announced to everyone that you were a Ranger, which was quite rare and an achievement back when I started playing.
Thieves: Scarab and Dragon's Tail, definitely.
Mages: Evil Wings. Definitely Evil Wings.
Warriors: Devil's Sunrise and Omega Spear. Or perhaps even Fairfrozen.

White Knight: The lvl 80 Mace that looks like a fourleaf... god what was it called again...

The Morningstar. Imo a good weapon, but for me, the Golden Mole is way more iconic than it.

My vote gess to the Cursayer for Bandits, King Cent for Brawlers and Helios for Fighters.

I vote king cent for buccs. That thing looked so awesome when pirates first came out, I already had 3 of them by the time I was 8x.

Anyway, here's a little of my view.

Sniper: Gross Jaeger (The time spent hunting Dark Yeti & Pepe for this made you all the cooler when you had one back in the day.)

Sins: Scarabs
DK: Omega Spear
Dit: Deadly Fin
Bow: Arund
Sword: Berserker
Mages: Old Wooden Staff

As for pirates, I haven't made one past 30 yet and their stuff is too new to sink in on me. (In addition to the fact that everyone was already statless by the time they came around so no-one really wears much of their gear to begin with).

Warrior: Blue Screamer, Leomite, FairFrozen, and Helios
Thief: Scarab and Dragon's Tail
Archer: Asianic and GrossJaeger
Mage: Kage and Magicodar

Just remembered, Deadly Fin is pretty iconic for CBs, imo.
And yeah, panlids for shields.

I aggree that the Cursayer is cool, but I've seen more Dragon's Tails. I think we should split Daggers into STR and LUK Daggers. So Cursayer(+(D.)Khanjar) for STR and Dragon's Tail for LUK.

My list isn't any different from those of other people. Every class uses a certain weapon at some point. Right now my CB is using a rental Dragon's Tail, and I have a Cursayer waiting in my inventory.

I think the Angelic Betrayal is a little bit above a Cursayer, but maybe that's just me.

and before 3rd job came out. Mages was definitely evil wings.

I think most people choices lvl 90 and some lvl 80 weapons because after those came out, we spent a good time (like 2 years?) without new weapons. lol

Anyway, here is my list.

Crusader = Devil's Sunrise was the most common one, but before WS started dropping the Blue Screamer, If you had one, you were godly, even if it was clean
Knight = MorningStar. Just because it was the highest lvl mace (and still is) with normal speed instead of slow.
DK = Omega Spear - but if you could get your hands on a Fairfrozen you were pro.
Bowman = Gold Arund
XBowman = IDK
Magician = Evil wings
Hermit = Scarab by far but also you're forgetting... [SIZE="5"]ILBIS[/SIZE]
Bandit = Dragon's tail.

I'll throw in my own nostalgia here.

Asianic Bow: I remember hunting weeks at luster pixies and selling their pieces to come up with the 18 mill I needed to buy one (and even then, it was only +3, 83 atk)
Hinkel: I owned the first one in GMS, when a friend found it hours after the release of 3rd job from a Yeti...also 83 atk. It was pretty cool walking around with a bow that no one else had.

I think the iconic weapon for DKs was the fairfrozen, because back in the day, it was only dropped by Thanthos (or was it Gatekeepers?), and people would spend all day hunting there for it. Omega Spears were definitely most common, but the coolest looking was definitely the Fairfrozen.

For Magicians, it was everyone hunting werewolves for Evil Wings, and for warriors, it was everyone hunting lycans for blue screamers. Oh, and Ilbis were only from Mushmom and Lycans.

Ah, the good ole days, haha.

Oh man, memories...

Hunter - Olympus! I loved that bow to death, I was so happy when I found one after hours of hunting and was overjoyed when I got to first wear it. Same goes for Arund, minus the hunting, I had one given to me. And Dragon Shinebow... I still want one even to this day, even if it's crappily scrolled. It's just so awesome-looking.
Crossbowman - Gross Jaegar, clearly the COOLEST Crossbow in the game. It has a scope and everything and are rare as hell even now.

Assassin - Scarab and Slain.
Bandit - Dragon's Tail, Sai, Korean Fan and Shinkita.

Fighter/Page - Blue Screamer, Devil's Sunrise, Colonial Axe and Helios.
Page - The Morningstar and Leomite.
Spearman - Eclipse and Omega Spear.

Magician - Evil Wings, Dark Ritual and Kage.

Gunslinger - The Peacemaker, Concerto.

Only one I can't seem to come up with is Brawler, barely known/played one long enough to really know much about their weapons. :< I guess I can go with White Fangz for that.
