Okay, I've used Firefox since it came out, and previously I used Mozilla!, so I've been quite a fan. Now, I wanted to try a different browser because I switched to a slower and crappier computer. I've tried Chrome, me no likey. I've tried IE.... lol. And I'm currently using Opera. I've gotta say, Opera is awesome. I remember back in the day I when I tried Opera... 3? They were one of the first browsers to introduce tabs.
I'm loving Opera, and now I'm thinking of never switching back to Firefox. Their Turbo Browsing feat is neat as f'uck, and for example, in a post with spoilers, images don't load until you open it. F'uck yes!
I know Matt and MetaSeraphim use Opera but who else does?
Should I consider any other browser? What browser do you use?

I use Firefox. Memory is never an issue for me though, so if you're using a slower computer you'll want to prioritize memory usage more. All I know about Opera is that it loads images in spoilers when you click, initiated tabbed browsing, and has spell check. Those three things sound pretty spiffy to me, I wish FF had the former, so Opera sounds like it fits your needs fairly well.

I'm currently running Opera 10.10, because I don't want to update to the new design Opera has.
I used to run Firefox, but it just wasn't my cup of tea. I use Opera for the feeds and mail straight out of the browser, and I don't use the widgets or anything. Never been one for add-ons. I think I started using Opera back when I saw it in Stereo's signature.

Chrome is fast, to the point, and has enough extensions to replace the vital ones you have in FF. Opera has become bloated. It has a built-in torrent client and web server, why would you want that? uTorrent does it fine.

It's not that bad, just took me some time to get used to.
I use opera while at work and ff at home. Thinking about switching at home to opera as well.

I use Windows XP SP3, but a modded version. See, in this compy I have 512 MB of ram, and Opera runs pretty smooth. By the way Acev, what's the difference between 10.10 and the 10.53 version I'm using?

The new Opera button on the left hand side. I prefer the "File, Edit, View, Bookmarks, Feeds, etc" across the top, rather than in a button.
Of course, I haven't really seen if there's a way to change it, as I reverted back a few minutes after I tried it.
As for torrents, I have it turned off. You have the ability to disable it and run torrents with your own program, so it doesn't bother me much.

Yeah, I noticed, don't mind it though. It's kinda like Chrome, but more accesible.

I use Chrome. It's nice and simple, has everything I need and if I need something else, I just add onto it.

You can revert it, I know my friend does it. I'm not that familiar with opera though.
I use firefox for the most of the time: However I'm using them all (Safari, Opera, Chrome, FF). There's no difference to them on this computer, so whatever.

I use Opera 10.10 on my desktop, Chrome on my netbook, Safari on my imac. They all have FF installed of course I just find it runs worse and doesn't have any redeeming features.

I use Chrome and Firefox, since I don't see a huge difference between them. (Except Firefox hogs memory)

I use Opera. It's good stuff, apart from the occasional browser-website incompatibilities.

Opera tends to be the first to do a lot of things, but no one really notices.

Firefox/Palemoon project.
Both on my desktop and netbook. Netbook's running ubuntu, which I have basically no experience with, though.

Awww, you remembered. I feel loved. <3

Brofist. I haven't upgraded yet since I didn't enjoy the newest version.
I say you stick with Opera. It's nice, simple, fast, and does most anything other browsers can do.

I'm using FireFox, but I'm also thinking about switching. When I leave FireFox on the whole day it sometimes ends up using 2 GB RAM.
The only reason I haven't switched yet is because I want to keep the add-ons I have.
