With Evan release expected in around one week, I have decided to take my affinity for calculation and Evans and start all of my work back at square one using a more utilitarian formula in order to answer the variety of DPS/DPM questions many people (including myself) have about Evans. While Russt's formulas are very useful for making general comparisons, I found that I found myself needing damage over time figures so I could personally predict my own bossing times and whatnot, so I started with the damage formula that determined the maximum and minimums one would expect if they cast a particular skill:

As explanation, Paralyze and Chain Lightning are both given multipliers of 1.25 to reflect the appropriate elemental weapon use and all skills are given a 1.5 multiplier to refect Magic Amplification. All skills' base power and buffs are representative of post "re-balancing" values.
It is important to remember (and as a reminder for myself) that if you are using the above forumlas M^2 must occur before multiplying by its coefficient. Also, the number of decimal places reflects the data that will be multiplied by it; M^2 is likely in 10^6 and M and I are no greater than 10^3.

Originally, simple spam Illusion and Blaze versus spam AM skills was proposed as a basis for comparison, but soon others brought to my attention the discrepancy that comboing Ghost Lettering (or for all you newbies out there Phantom Imprint) could cause and what effect that may have with or without E.Wands, with -25%'s and less M.ATT and all other variables so here goes...

At his point, upon comparison, it can safely be said that any AM with its summons are stronger than an Evan spamming either of its attacks. I will save all other findings from the data to the end where I will hope to wrap up all of the information presented in the many equations floating in this novel. Next, is comboing with Ghost Lettering more effective for Evans? Here, with the introduction of Ghost Lettering (GL) a whole slew of new questions have to be addressed, first and foremost, the simplest, what damage does GL do? Here, another question is brought up, if an elemental weapon is used what happens? If Dark is not assumed to be boosted by an elemental weapon, then like Holy it must be reduced by 25% so two different damage and therefore DPM equations must be derived:
GL: ((M^2 + 905M + 150I) / 30000) * 380 * 1.15 * 1.35 * 1.1 = 0.021632(M^2) + 19.577M + 3.245I per 1.31s
GL (-25%): ((M^2 + 905M + 150I) / 30000) * 380 * 1.15 * 1.35 * 1.1* 0.75 = 0.016224(M^2) + 14.682M + 2.434I per 1.31s
All the multipliers are the same as for Illusion except the 0.75 which represents the effect of using an elemental wand. The speed of GL was a trickier derivation since no skill really came close to its abnormal speed, so using the (13/16) and Explosion predictors gives an approximate level 3 Booster speed.

GL/4 Blaze: 1.31s + 4(1.05s) = 5.51s
But wait, both those times are over the 5 seconds allowed for GL! For each of the four possible combos that can occur (see above), another two cases can be presented for each comboing with and without an elemental weapon, not too hard, just another two cases. However, under a realization from my own LUKless inventory, the end-game E.Wand 5 will almost always be stronger than any Shine Wand/Wisdom Staff scrollable, however the LUKless level 64 Maple Weapons will almost always be scrolled better. How can this be resolved? More variables! For calculations done representing the equipping of an E.Wand 5, the variable X will be used to show the additional M.ATT that said weapon likely will provide, similarly for calculations done without elemental weapon (dis)advantage, Y will be additional INT in the equation. Of course, simply looking at the data, Y would be a nearly insignificant addition to DPM however, I am one to cover all my bases. If these new letters mean nothing to you, that's fine, they don't mean much here as letters, but I will demonstrate and plug in information for all the variables (X, Y (maybe just 0), I and M) to show actual percentage differences in DPM at the end.
Also, what is the point in comboing if it doesn't result in any benefit? Here it is, I have observed through two or three videos that GL's effect only affects its caster and causes a 10%~15% increase in damage, if you want to contest this, link me some videos. So adjusted skill damages using a 10% increase or 1.1 multiplier; new variables X and Y will also be put into motion here:

Not everyone expects to do their own work, nor is figuring one's best course attack any use for the Evan community in general, I am a man of the people so it's time to start paring down the equations to something relatively comparable.
First, we will need to establish some base of weapon comparison to fill in those pesky Y and X variables, using base values, an E.Wand 5 will have 145 M.ATT and 2 INT, either level 64 Maple Weapon (64MW) will have 80 M.ATT and 1 INT. However, due to their availability they will likely be scrolled differently, which is why X and Y were added in the first place.
Disclaimer: I DON'T CARE IF YOUR E.WAND 5 IS 30%ED OR YOU HAVE A 130 M.ATT 64MW, I AM USING TYPICAL SCROLLING RESULTS AND A BIT OF MY OWN SCROLLING EXPERIENCE, IF YOUI DON'T LIKE IT, THE EQUATIONS ARE UP THERE, BUDDY.
As I was saying, one would likely not scroll an E.Wand 5 with anything more than 60% scrolls so no complex calculations there. This is the third iteration of this work, the first lost when Windows Update decided to restart during a break (no AutoSave, this is Notepad) and the second scrapped because it actually showed Evans to be juggernauts (compared to AM), but only due to severe miscalculations in combo times.
As version 3, this is also not without problems, namely I forgot to include differences in DPM's that would result of the extra 50 or so M.ATT that Evans receive from their various skills. This problem is not egregious enough to cause a full scrap of this version too, since it doesn't affect the most critical part of the equation, the M^2 portions; it can be expected that with these added in, the coefficient of M for all Evan calculations would go up approximately 100~120 or and the number hanging at the end would increase at most 50K or so. The sum of these changes would be an estimated change for the total DPM with M =1000 at about 100K~150K depending on which skill were talking about, so add approximately that to the DPM values for Evans.
So for pure comparative purposes, it would not change the ordering since they are all scaled by the coefficient of the M^2 term with the exception that Blaze might beat F/P AM and I/L AM under certain conditions.

Some Observations

Originally, I had fallen upon work that demonstrated that at some value X, in M + X, using a GL/# Illusion combo would be stronger with an E.Wand 5 than without, however, I am surprised to find that under common scrolling this would not occur and nearly under no circumstances would this occur. I guess you don't need to throw those 64MW's to the Priests/Bishops just yet.
As indicated in the numerical findings, a non-comboed or spammed Illusion with an E.Wand 5 is stronger than comboed GL/2 or 3 Illusion with E.Wand 5. This demonstrates, just how detrimental the E.Wand 5's -25% against Dark is.
Along with the previous observation, I had always been under the impression that GL only provided a negligible about of DPM during comboing, but it would appear that it is quite important.
Blaze is fast enough or strong enough to not need the additional ~10% damage that GL would provide during combo.
My I/L and future Evan shouldn't feel bad, they aren't even that far (or at all) behind F/P AM's in terms of damage, especially since CL is so much cooler!
If you can be quick and time it best, when comboing, the greater number of "main" attack skills cast between GL is better, but given the fact that most people will take damage or teleport or need to reposition, it will be unlikely.
The "no-delay" of a macro will solve some of those problems, maybe a GL/Ill./Ill. macro? or a GL then 3xBlaze macro?

Problems Recently Realized that may Contribute to Error or that will Need/Be Fixed in the Future:

The aforementioned lollevel 180ish Onyx Blessing added in along with addition M.ATT from Magic Mastery; the first mastery skill (name escapes my mind) is negated with the AM's Meditation.
Comboing past the 5 second time would result in a GL that is never buffed by its own or the preceding GL's 10% increase, therefore all GL/4 Blaze and GL/3 Illusion combo DPM needs to be adjusted so that the GL component is based on a GL with only 1.35, 1.15, 1.10 and where applicable (0.75) multipliers, no second 1.10.
Retesting and recalculations of Blaze and its spam and combo to determine why comboing is less effective than sheer spamming.
Check AM values, they seem high especially compared to previous work.
