F/P Mages in Time Temple

I made a F/P mage a few weeks ago and I am now level 111. The only reason I made this character was to train at Time Temple to horde PoT for my Bowmaster.I have quite a few questions about it:

1) When is it a good time to start training at Time Temple?

2) On average, how many PoT will I gain at Regret 4 with meteor?

3) Is the experience gain at Regret 4 training with meteor good?

4) On average, how many PoT will I gain at the Oblivion maps?

5) Is the experience gain at Oblivion maps training with Poison Mist good?

I won't care too much about leveling once I can 100% 1hko Regret 4.

I may not know what I am talking about, but I'd think mist would be cheaper and just as fast as Meteor.

On 4x drop, I average around 8-10 PoT per hour at Regrets 4 while 2-hitting with Meteor. I don't know how many PoT I'll get now since I can 1-hit now. The experience is a bit slower than Skeles, about 5% an hour on 1x exp at 152.

Right now I have 19 Meteor with 1119 matk using a Wand 1. 1-hit is about 50%.

Thanks again. I heard there was a spot at Regret 4 that you could hit the top and bottom platforms. Where is that exactly?

On the right side of the upper mid platform, Meteor is able to hit the top, upper mid, and lower mid platforms.
