15%/65% scrolls dropping?

WRs seem to be dropping some strange things..

 Nothing much, just two pictures

I haven't seen this reported anywhere else so I thought I'd post it. Has anyone else gotten stuff like this?

Also, do you guys think it's a glitch or intentional?

I'm fairly sure they went away, and not they are back again. But that's just me.

they done that for a while yes. i found a 65% something once there

I also found that scroll in August. No idea why they drop though.
