Elemental Staff #3 or Elemental Wand #7?

Thanks beforehand to any one that answer this.

I have a level 12x Achmage Ice/Lightning and I was thinking about getting an Ice elemental Weapon soon. However, I am not pretty sure about which one. I know a Wand #7 would be the way to go if I had a lower LUK, but I already have enough to wear an Elemental staff #3. Besides, The Ele staves are fast while the Ele wands are slow.

So my question is, since I have enough LUk to wear an Elemental Staff #3, and the wand, although stronger, its slow. Which do you think I should buy? an Ele staff #3 or Wand #7?

Go with he wand, the speed won't do pomegranate when you spam ultimates anyway.
If you got the LUK to equip the lvl 163 staff when you are that level, go with that.

If you get a staff now you can wear it and don't have to lv to 130 for wand 7.

Do you have enough blizzard + matk to 2 hit skeles with EITHER weapons?

If meso is no problem to you, get the wand 7...it'll last you till 200...even if you already have luk to wear the staff the wand is still higher in matk and the speed doesn't matter in blizzard...and you will be happy to know you won't have to change your weapon ever (unless to a higher matk wand 7)

If meso is a problem get the staff (which i think isn't much cheaper than the wand actually...)

Get a Wand #7. Spell cast speed is unaffected by weapon speed for every single Magician spell except Explosion. The wand is a stronger weapon, and with the appropriate changes made a few months ago, the cost has gone way down due to no Bishop demand.

In other words, save up and enjoy!

If you're strapped for money the staff 3 is the way to go.

Of course, for end game, the pros go for ele staff 7.
