If you have a bowmaster friend, you must have been at a high level at one point to have been able to make such a connection. How did you train your other character then? If it's so slow on a magician, the fastest training chara on the game, how could you possibly train up a dexless sin, and to the point that you can form good connections with your kradian friends?

I'm not a noob hater, but I heavily doubt you legitimately need training advice.

Well, there's no need to be so harsh outside of the Funhouse.

He's stated that he's played for a long time, during which his "noob" friend could've made it to lvl 200 even. Just because most Maple "friends" base their relationships on lvl doesn't mean all of them do.

On-topic: maybe you should try out Sand Rats at Sahel 3 (I think) in Ariant if you can afford pot cost. Hit W to check your world map and find the place.
Tip: It's near Magatia (don't know where Magatia is? hit your W key to check the world map and find.)

Btw... Nice arguments

I have an acc on hidden-street fourms and one of their bowmaster users offered to help me, and i said in a previous post it was a to-be-dexless sin ... isnt it in my sig? im pretty sure it is. I quit several times already due to boringness but i came back everytime because i just had that powerful urge on day to go back on. i dont have to play to post on fourms, and i was friends with him way before that in the fourms ... (his name is Notations or DeNotations ... one of them is a Bowmaster the other is a ... i forget, and cant check since HS fourm is closed for a few days) So when i decided to make a to-be-dexless sin ... he offered to help me since hes sorta rich and has more than enough. so he gave me 100k and 200 gold boxes.

Sorry for double postzorz.

Yea dude dont worry back in 06 i taught 2x was hell (even tho now its a walk in the park). But in every game when your trying to get good in things it seems slow. So just grind out it like maybe a hour a day or more. until you get 5x. Even tho clerics are really boring 2nd/3rd job. espically in parties.

Did you ever think that maybe it wants to play a fun class, it doesn't matter how slow it trains if it is fun to play.

He was complaining about level speed, so they assumed he wanted a fast leveling class

If you have been doing even half the quests you should have stumbled across a few scrolls and rewards that are worth a bit of money, use that money to buy a large ammount of mana potions and just stand in a map and spam friggin Claw like no tomorrow, i actually found mages to be one of if not THE funniest low lvel chars, using magic to kill your enemies was great for me because u didnt have to go out and recharge stars or bullets and you didnt need to walk rigth up to any monsters to wack them and risk getting hit in the process.

If grinding for a few mins to level up is not what your into.. then u could go out and do up all your quests to level, just about all of them give exp reward or require you to kill some monsters which would also get you some exp in the process

Get yourself:
 • a big can of coffee
 • sweets, biscuits or other food with a lot of sugar
 • some nice music playing in the background (whichever you like, though I recommend fast paced)
Then set your brain to zero activity and kill, kill, kill.

I have a lvl 160 bishop, and I also think mage is boring... much more so later than at 2x.

If you think mage is boring at 2x, try being an AM or Bishop. Your training consists of standing in one place or going back and forth, and pressing one button, buffing occassionally. Bishops and AMs train faster than any other class, but there is widespread belief that they are also the most boring.

Other classes will train slower, but there is more to them than spamming ultimates. You should research your options thoroughly before committing to any class, because if you quit at like 12x, that's an enormous waste of time.
